Former US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter has raised concerns about the future actions of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the event of Ukraine's defeat in the ongoing conflict with Russia.

What are you gonna do?

According to Lenta he was speaking on the YouTube channel Dialogue Works. Ritter highlighted the increasingly dire situation for Ukraine and the growing strength of Moscow.

“Every day, Moscow is getting stronger while Kyiv is weakening. The West cannot stop this... We see the inevitable outcome: Russia will defeat Ukraine — this is a reality. Zelensky is just a disposable figure. What are you going to do?” Ritter questioned the Ukrainian leader.

Poland Lacks Air Defense

Ritter emphasized that even NATO summit participants have acknowledged their inability to produce sufficient military equipment for the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF). He pointed out that the Russian defense industry has not only managed to ramp up production of necessary equipment but also meet the demands of its expanding military.

Earlier, Ritter stated that Russia could easily destroy Poland’s air defense system if it starts helping Ukraine intercept Russian missiles. He noted that Poland lacks substantial air defense capabilities and, despite its commitments, would not be able to provide adequate support to the UAF.
