Chinese Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang will visit Russia from July 21-23 to engage in a series of bilateral meetings with Russian officials, according to Lin Jian, a representative of China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as reported by Lenta.

During his visit, Ding Xuexiang is scheduled to participate in several key events aimed at enhancing economic cooperation between China and Russia.
These include the 11th Russia-China Intergovernmental Commission on Investment Cooperation, the 21st Intergovernmental Commission on Energy Cooperation, and the 6th Russia-China Energy Business Forum.
Deepening Economic Ties
This visit follows closely on the heels of Russian President Vladimir Putin's trip to China on May 15, marking his first international visit since his re-election.
During this trip, President Putin held significant discussions with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on May 16, and continued his engagements in Harbin on May 17.
The upcoming meetings are expected to focus on deepening economic ties and exploring new avenues for cooperation in investment and energy sectors.
