A nationwide recall has been issued for frozen chicken nuggets sold across Canada due to bone fragments found in the product, according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

The affected product is Swiss Chalet brand chicken breast nuggets, sold in 700-gram boxes with a UPC of 066701011479 and best-before dates of September 7, 2025, or September 26, 2025.

The nuggets are shaped like moons, stars, and planets.

This recall follows multiple customer complaints of injury after consuming the product, citing bone fragments as the cause.
